A very distinguished 19th century Staffordshire pottery cat sitting on a yellow and pink cushion base. There is gilt detailing on the corners of the cushions and the cat has a gilt ribbon with bow at the neck. It has the wonderfully snooty expression so often found on Staffordshire figures of this type!

It is in excellent condition. There is minor wear to the colour, mainly on the corners of the cushion and to the gilt bow.
