SOLD Early 19th century Real Stone China ironstone dish

£0.00

A very pretty and beautifully proportioned rectangular antique ironstone dish with geometric border and chinoiserie rose design, transfer printed in dark brown and hand coloured in cobalt blue, pink, sage green and rust red. There is also a geometric and floral band around the outside of the dish. It has an orangey beige lustre rim.

It carries an early Mason’s pottery mark, one that included the Mason’s crown but excluded the word ‘Mason’s’, which came at a later date.

It is in superb condition. There are no chips or cracks, just a little bit of colour loss from wear.

28.5cm long x 22.5cm wide x 5.5cm high
